I was with Wafer and Shortbread on a boardwalk on a warm summer dusk. We followed the edge of the beach where stores and sidewalks have been erected and small, outdoor shops sold things on the sidewalk. They were old and used items, much like a flea market. There was also a musician that we passed who played an acoustic guitar. We followed the stores to the end then came back to have a second look at the merchandise. Part of it had the atmosphere of the first day of university, when students would be carefree and loaf about. When we reached the guitarist again, he stopped us and chatted, asking something like why didn't we stop to listen to him- people like him need a show of love. So, I gave him a hug, but he wanted people to stop and listen to him.
