Dreaming in Digital

I don't remember this dream anymore-- Just a piece from it.

Tart and four other friends were at Cookie's house. Cookie invited me to play video games with everyone.. I talked with one of our friends before he started playing with them. It had something to do with Cookie's and his ex-relationship.

Cookie's cousins and some of mine were at my house. I don't remember what happened before, but I sat at the base of the couch on white sheets and picked up my PSP. It was a wrestling game and instead of the regular looking people, it was a gigantic Vince McMahon against a gigantic blue dude. The fight was difficult. It was Cookie's game I was playing, and he was playing it on an expert level. The scene became Anime North, but during its set up period. Two teams were fighting over the sign of the restaurant they were opening. One wanted an anime girl, but the teams came to an agreement with a picture of female Ranma holding food. The two groups had a team with either Gambino (from Gaia Online) or Grell Sutcliff (from Kuroshitsuji) as their leaders. Grell's team brought up the Ranma sign.

I had a dream with this boy about my age. He was tall and had blond hair.. much like Guy Cecil from Tales of the Abyss. He wore his Blade Master outfit, and the world we existed in wasn't like the game.. It was live action. I can't really tell where we were. We were at someone's house, yet there was a single target for archery in my sight. Throughout the dream, I've been aiming at the target ready to shoot with my bow and arrows, but I never did since something always prevented me. It was as if someone was having a party; my cousin was there, and she was introducing me to her friends. As for Guy, I never really spoke with him. The only time we conversed was when I was ready to shoot and Guy wandered behind the target. I asked for him to move since it'd be a pity if he were unable to produce a heir [I killed him].

I had two dreams. I can't remember the first.

In the second one, I was in a lecture room very similar to the one I attend anime club at. It was my fashion class that I took in the year I stayed behind in high school, since I didn't get accepted into university and I didn't know what to do with myself. Everyone took their books out and started studying. I was with Cookie, and we were hugging and giggling while looking through a book. My teacher came over to me, and lectured us on class behaviour. I felt awful for getting into trouble as I took my laptop out and started doing research.

This was a non-existant scene from the game/anime, "Tales of the Abyss", but a couple that I support. Asch the Bloody, Natalia Kimlasca-Lanvaldear and Jade Curtis were running to Duke Fabre's mansion, which looked like a little cottage house. When they arrived, they fought the guards. Jade cleared the way into the house and told Natalia to hurry but Asch yelled at them to wait. After pulling one more guard off his sword, he turned to Natalia and got on one knee. "Will you marry me?" he asked, and Natalia's answer was surely, "Yes." He had two rings with him; one gold and the other silver. After putting the silver one on his finger, he took the gold one and Natalia's left foot from her shoe. From Natalia's point of view, he tried to put it on the toe equivalent to the ring finger, but because of the running, Natalia's toes swelled up a bit and it wouldn't fit. She told him this, embarrassed, but he faintly smiled. Back to the normal point of view, Asch got up and put it on her left ring finger, though it was too big. Jade told them to hurry and Natalia ran in as Asch stayed where he was, watching her go in. When she turned around, he told them he couldn't follow them because he wasn't a Fabre anymore. He said he'd stay and fight, but he knew he wouldn't survive.

My notes: As we know, dreams generally don't make much sense. The rings, I guess, he had made while he had free time. As for Natalia's toes swelling, I feel pain whenever I walk around with my shoes on since they're just a little bigger than my feet. My feet and loose shoes rub against each other quite a bit, but I like my shoes. But.. Doesn't Natalia wear thigh-high boots? I guess for the sake of this dream, she had shoes. And Asch was dressed differently; in something lighter than his regular black uniform.

We were at my aunt's, Cougar's, house after going to the beach, or we were going to go there this afternoon. My aunt told me to eat anything I could find for breakfast. She asked me, "Do you want bubble gum and juice? You can have bubble gum and juice if you want." I thought it was strange that she's allowing me to have gum for breakfast, but I went ahead and tried looking for it as she left to chat with her visitors in another room. I couldn't find the gum, so I wandered the house a little bit, away from the conversation in the other room. Because of the beach, I was reminded of Guy Cecil from a "Tales of the Abyss" doujinshi I've read where his friends all had a girl to spend the day with except him. He had either Jade or Mieu. I remembered Shortbread telling him to choose Mieu from an early MSN messenger conversation we had in the past.

My notes: This aunty of mine is kind of proper, so it was really strange to be having gum for breakfast, especially since gum won't fill a tummy. As for the TOA doujinshi, Luke had Tear, Ion had Anise... I don't remember if Asch and Natalia were in it. My aunt's house wasn't her house too. We were at a house right beside the beach, and it was early in the morning, about 8-9 am. I'm usually not that early of a riser.

I had a dream about Devil May Cry and Dante was in it. Nero possibly was in it too.. but Dante was definitely in it.
